
Charlotte Gann has the gift of opening up rich emotional landscapes in concise, highly-crafted story-poems. Gann was born in 1965 and grew up in Lewes, East Sussex. After studying English at UCL, she spent fifteen years living in London and working as an editor before going freelance and returning to the south coast to live in Brighton. She has an MA in Creative Writing and Personal Development from the University of Sussex and her poetry has appeared in numerous magazines and anthologies, including The Rialto, Magma, The Ver Prize 2009 anthology and Poetry South East 2010. Charlotte Gann now lives in Lewes with her husband and two sons.
